New build from @diyrecordingequipment. Put together two EQP5s (based off PulTec EQ) and a two space 500-series rack. Put it after my Colour Duo in the mix down chain. Sounds amazing! I`m looking forward to playing with it more on some upcoming tracks I`m working on.

Hanging at the #taxiroadrally with @chiarelli_rob listening to his sage advice and reminiscing about my track that got played at last year`s closing pitch panel when @charnel_veil jumped on stage and started free styling to my track, which Rob called "the best thing he`s seen in his 27 years of attending the Taxi Road Rally." BTW, KP and I have completed the track and hope to release it soon. Keep your eyes open for The Four Horsemen Ride!
So I got to play onstage with @jakeshimabukuro at the @mauiartsculture (along with about 50 other people) so that was cool. Then he put on an amazing show. I never would have imagined hearing Jeff Beck on a ukulele, but OMG that was unreal! The whole ukulele festival was amazing as always. Too many amazing performances to list them all.

Another project from @diyrecordingequipment complete! Just finished this #OLA5 optical compressor and can`t wait to try it out along with the #73P preamp on some guitar. I realize now that these projects have the same kind of addiction as tattoos-- you finish one and your already starting to think about your next one. (Or so I`ve been told. I have no tattoos even though my son @derpwaara is a tattoo artist.) ๐

There were a million other things I should have been doing today, but I couldn`t help but finish my @diyrecordingequipment #73P mic pre-amp. I didn`t have time to calibrate it, but it passed the basic signal test. ๐๏ธ๐๏ธ
